The timeline for custom orders depends on the complexity of the statue and the shipping method chosen. Once your order is confirmed, the design and production typically take 10 to 14 business days. Faster options may be available at checkout, and shipping times will vary based on the shipping method selected.
Our statues are crafted from high-quality Hyper PLA using advanced 3D printing technology and are hand-painted with durable, non-toxic acrylic paints. After painting, we apply a protective finish to ensure long-lasting quality and durability.
Due to the personalized nature of our custom statues, refunds or cancellations are subject to strict limitations. 30% of the total order cost is non-refundable once the design process begins, and 60% becomes non-refundable once the product has been printed. No refunds will be issued after the statue has been painted and approved by you.
